Our goal is to provide products and programs that compliment the insurance markets you currently represent. We take great pride in our heritage and excellent reputation. In order to preserve this we represent only financially strong and stable carriers. Our underwriters are committed to assisting producers place both standard and non-standard coverage for their clients.
We continually look for new licensed producers with which to establish a mutually beneficial relationship.
Our company requires producers complete and return the following information for review:
- Brokerage Questionnaire & Agreement
- W-9
- Copy of agents licenses
- Copy of agency registration or agency license
- Copy of agency’s current E&O Declaration Page
- Contact Information
This information will be reviewed by our corporate officers and a brief phone interview will be scheduled. Upon approval SMO will sign and return the brokerage agreement to your office.
We require producing agents that enter into a brokerage agreement with SMO maintain current Errors & Omissions Liability coverage in an amount no less than $1,000,000.
