Designed for one to four family dwellings owned by individual or corporate investors for rental purposes. Our product is available on either a Dwelling Package Basic or Dwelling Package Special form. Accounts with single or multiple locations are eligible.

Available for one to four family tenant occupied residences
Available for two to four family owner occupied residences
Named Insured can be a, Individual, Trust, Estate, Limited Partnership or Family Partnership
No mandatory roof exclusion
