PRODUCT FEATURES:
Coverage for up to fifteen (15) locations owner or tenant occupied
Trusts, Estates, LLC’s, Limited Partnerships and Family Partnerships as Named Insured
One to four family dwellings, seasonal/secondary dwellings, condominium units, mobile homes and apartments in multiple unit buildings
Coverage is available for owner occupied secondary residences countrywide.
Coverage for Personal Injury included in basic policy with coverage for Wrongful Eviction.
Coverage for Host Liquor Liability.
In Home Child Care Coverage. Available for Applicants with In Home Child Care services up to 12 children.
Incidental Farm Coverage. For Applications with a “gentlemen” farm exposures.
Coverage for vacant land is available.
Incidental Office Studio occupancy for applicants who telecommute, are consultants, Medical Billers, Adjusters, or others.
