Dear Agents:

We are pleased to announce an increase in commission for several lines of United States Liability Insurance Group Professional liability products.

Based on your feedback and our observations, we determined certain USLI products lend themselves to compete more aggressively with direct writers. Effective February 15, 2006 the commission for new business on the below listed lines will be 17%. We hope this commission structure will allow you to establish your agency and our Professional Liability products as the first and best choice for your customers.
