A General Contractor is hired to handle the project
Applicant is the entity entering into the contract with the General Contractor
The General Contractor is required to carry their own insurance at a minimum of $1,000,000 per occurrence and name the applicant as Additional Insured
Applicant will maintain current certificates of insurance from the General Contractor confirming their status as Additional Insured
