• Replacement cost greater than or equal to $500,000.00.
• No mobile / manufactured homes.
• Homes 25 years and older must have complete electrical, heating, plumbing, & roof updates. Shingle Roof cannot be older than 15 years.
• Risk located in protection class 9 & 10 require the PC 9 & 10 supplemental application to be completed and submitted.
• Corporate Owned Homes require the corporate supplemental application to be completed and submitted.
• Homes located on five or more acres of land require the Farm questionnaire to be completed and submitted.
