Comprehensive Personal Liability insurance is coverage that protects an individual against claims for liability arising out of bodily injury or property damage related to personal activities. This stand alone product caters to clients who cannot obtain liability coverage via their homeowners policy. Trusts, Estates, Limited partnerships and Family Partnerships may be written as named insured.

Comprehensive Personal Liability

• Our Primary CPL product can be the standalone primary liability coverage providing up to $1,000,000 in liability limits. Up to 15 individual locations can be covered under one policy.

Excess Comprehensive Personal Liability

• Our Excess CPL product can increase the limits of a primary liability policy or fill the gap between the primary liability and a Personal Umbrella policy by providing $200,000 excess of $100,000 (or limits up to $1,000,000)
